Virtual Volcano Vacation challenge #30 – Postcard #2

Since nobody picked a crater, I tossed a coin. That coin was last seen descending the north flank of the volcano..so I did eenie-meenie-minie-moe and here I am at the rim of the smaller crater on the right in last night’s postcard.  This old volcano may seem icy, but it is still warm where it counts..warm enough to keep the ice off this crater rim…and warm enough to melt the ice filled crater from within. (I think you all know what an interesting mix volcano-plus-glacier can be, right?)

So…time to choose again. For tomorrow’s clue, would you like to see an actual picture of this volcano from a nearby populated area, or would you like to see it from a little closer spot?
