Like I said, this volcano has more than one cone, as larger stratovolcanoes sometimes do. The one on the left (beneath the “???” placemarker) is a stratovolcano “child” of the main vent in which I am hiding. It has not erupted in recent  years, but has (at least 400 years ago) erupted VEI 4.  The other “???” is a much older cone that also has a double-crater.

My hiding place in between is a “tourist volcano” in much the same way as Stromboli. People hike and camp atop this volcano when it is not being overly active.

The really tall mountain on the horizon is actually another volcano not directly connected with mine.
